Cycle The Nile DVD's ..... Two films by Simon Lawrence ..... £20.00 each

The fifth Women for Women Cycle The Nile Event took place between October and November 2005. One hundred and thirty four women travelled to Egypt in two groups to take up a very special challenge, to Cycle The Nile; the fifth Women for Women cycle ride to raise funds to support medical research at the Wolfson and Western Research Centre for Family Health Imperial College London.

Funds raised by Women for Women Cycle The Nile will train women scientists and clinicians to specialise in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devastating conditions such as brain injury, genetic disease, miscarriage, infertility and cancer. The fundamental aim is to improve women’s ongoing good health throughout their lives and to ensure that more women have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

Cycle The Nile has raised over £195,000 for Women for Women.
