NAC552 : Out and about with your digital cameraCourse description:
This one day course is designed to benefit those who have a digital camera and would like to gain more confidence using it. There will be an assumption that you know how to switch your camera on and press the shutter button to take a picture and therefore we will start at beginner level.
Course content:
We will look at making the necessary adjustments to your camera to suit the various shooting conditions in which we find ourselves.
We will look at changing the camera resolution, flash functions (yes you can use flash out of doors in daylight!) and a number of menu and camera settings that will allow you to improve your photography.We shall return to Fusee House, New Milton, in the afternoon so that we can download our pictures and see what we have achieved.
Teaching methods:
You will be taught by practical demonstration and discussion.

Digital Photography courses – Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 (these are all 10 week courses).Digital Photography NCFE Level 1 (30 week course).
Additional information:
Please bring your camera and fully charged batteries. Please note that a single set of camera batteries may not last a whole day, so in order to avoid disappointment, please bring along at least one extra set. You will need plenty of space on your memory card and your camera instruction manual.
It is useful to bring a notepad and pen. Please ensure that you wear warm and comfortable clothing as you will be outside for a considerable period of time. Please bring a packed lunch.You will be notified nearer the time as to the exact location and given any contact numbers. Please be aware that should our day be wet, we may need to reschedule at very short notice.
